Returns Overview Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? Stella's Styles accepts return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Eligibility To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags must still be attached

Original packaging must be included

Items may only be returned once

Items discounted 40% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

Important Product Notice Products sold by Stella's Styles are fashion-inspired items. They are not original branded products and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand owner. Minor variations in colour or texture compared to product images are a normal characteristic of internationally sourced fashion items and do not constitute a defect or grounds for a return.

Not Sure About Sizing? Please review our Size Chart before placing your order. We are happy to assist with sizing questions before purchase. Sizing variations within 1 – 2 cm of stated measurements are a normal manufacturing tolerance and are not considered a defect.

Return Processing Time Returns are processed within 5 – 10 business days after the parcel has been received and inspected. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method once processing is complete.

Our fulfilment centres are located overseas (primarily in Asia) — please be aware that international return shipping may cost EUR 40 or more depending on your location

Customers must arrange their own return shipping

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit

International Returns International orders may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

  • Returns that cannot be identified may not be processed

Holiday Return Policy Orders placed between November 20 and December 25 may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items discounted 40% or more remain FINAL SALE with no exceptions.

Order Cancellations Orders begin processing immediately after purchase. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched and processing has not been completed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Shipping & Delivery All orders are dispatched from our overseas fulfilment centres. Estimated delivery timeframes are 15 – 18 business days from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders are not considered lost until 45 business days have elapsed from the date of dispatch — please do not open a dispute before this period has passed.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
