SECTION 20 – LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs processing, or high order volumes. These circumstances are outside our control. Carriers may occasionally mark a package as "Delivered" before it physically arrives — in many cases it will arrive within a few business days.

Orders are not considered lost until 45 business days have elapsed from the date of dispatch. Do not open a dispute or chargeback before this period has passed, as premature disputes will be contested with full dispatch and tracking documentation.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, Stella's Styles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after confirmed delivery. For international orders, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
